Par Max electrode-less frequency discharge lamp (EFDL) is the latest in lighting technology. This technology rivals all existing lighting forms including HID and LED light sources in light output and longevity.
EFDL works very similar to fluorescent lights but it does not have electrodes to excite gases. Instead it uses electromagnetic induction at 2.65 Mhz.
